Ingredients:

5g refined bird’s nest

150ml unsweetened fresh milk

20g rock sugar (optional)
Instructions:

Soak the bird’s nest until fully expanded, then steam using the double-boiling method for 20 minutes.

Warm the fresh milk, then add the steamed bird’s nest.

Add rock sugar if desired. Enjoy warm or chilled — both are delicious.
Notes:

Do not overcook the bird’s nest (maximum 30 minutes) to preserve its nutritional value.

Use a ceramic stewing pot or a specialized double-boiling pot; avoid direct heat.
