RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Products must remain unused, with original seals, labels, and packaging intact, and not damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products damaged during transportation, missing complimentary gifts, incorrect items, or mismatched orders.
• Return/exchange requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
• Valid purchase invoice or transaction proof is required.

2. Non-applicable Cases

• Products that have been used or no longer have intact packaging or labels.
• Products damaged due to improper storage or usage not following instructions.
• Requests made after the allowed return/exchange period.

3. Return/Exchange Process

• Provide necessary information: Full name, order code, reason for return/exchange, product images (if applicable).
• OMNEST staff will verify information and guide the return/exchange procedure.
• Customers send the product back to OMNEST’s designated address.
• After inspection, OMNEST will process an exchange or refund (depending on the case) within 3–5 working days from receipt of the returned product.

4. Return/Exchange Costs

• If the issue is due to OMNEST’s fault: OMNEST covers all return/exchange shipping costs.
• If the return/exchange is requested for personal reasons (not product-related): Customers bear round-trip shipping costs.
